Our mission has been and continues to be providing premium oysters, farm fresh. Our oysters are primarily raised with off bay bottom techniques that have been studied and proven to provide a high quality product with sound environmental stewardship on the farm. Our goal is to build relationships with our customers and businesses that we patronize. We strive to build a two way channel to gain knowledge, have a liking, and develop trust with our customers and our business community. We value the opportunity to educate our community about what we do and how we do it.
“These oyster farmers do more good for the environment by accident than most people do intentionally”.
Congressman Mike Thompson

In the community over the years we have worked with ROTC from Eureka High, HCAR, Welfare to Work program, and summer youth jobs training program. We have formed a collaboration with a all local tasting room that has been able to feature our oysters. We have expanded our business model to offer farm tours. We attend regular networking events to learn more about our business community and what they have to offer. We have been promoting events like the Arcata Bay Oyster Festival, North Country Fair, in years past when our marketing was more out of the area mainly in Mendocino and Sonoma Counties.
